Moovama provides a text message notification service that:

• Collects activity data from wearable devices (Fitbit, Apple Watch, Garmin)
• Sends periodic SMS updates to designated family members
• Provides a dashboard for viewing activity history

IMPORTANT: Moovama is NOT a medical service. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or health monitoring for medical purposes. Our service is for informational and peace-of-mind purposes only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Moovama, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

To use Moovama, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Consent Requirements

Use of Moovama requires explicit consent from both parties:

• Elderly users must consent to share their wearable device data
• Family members must opt in to receive SMS notifications
• Either party may revoke consent at any time
• You may not share another person's data without their explicit consent

Subscription and Billing

Moovama offers a subscription-based service:

• Monthly subscription: $4.99 per family member receiving updates
• 30-day free trial for new users (credit card required)
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time
• No refunds for partial months
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share data without proper consent
• Use the Service to make medical decisions
• Attempt to access unauthorized data or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service
